Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your arrival will not be charged any cancellation fee. Cancellations made in the 48 hours prior to your arrival will result in a charge to you of one-night stay or 50% of your total stay, whichever is greater.Safe Check-In:

In order to reduce the chance of different guests checking in at the same time, we ask guests to let us know what time they would like to check in so we can coordinate your arrival. Our 3 pm check in time will now be more flexible to allow early or late check ins.

A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the August Lock App on your smart device, and the day before an individual code to enter the front door.

All guests can enter through our main house front door and exit through the main house back door. If guest are staying in our back carriage house, they can walk straight up driveway.
You can unlock front door by using your August Lock App on your smart phone or by using your individual code on the key pad on right side of red front door.
Upon entering, to the right, there will be hand sanitizer. Please help yourself. There is also a powder room off front parlor where you can wash your hands.
We will be there to safely welcome you, show you around, answer questions, finish check-in and direct you to your room. Housekeeping:
Due to Covid-19, we have now Increased Cleaning Frequency. While continuing to pay attention to the small details, which includes wiping down light switches, remotes, and other commonly used surfaces, we are now doing these multiple times a day in our common areas.
Our cleaning staff will have your room thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.
We will continue to triple sheet all of our beds. Triple sheeting is a comfortable and highly sanitary solution that guarantees that your bed is clean and fresh. All sheets and bedding including quilts, blankets, mattress pads, pillow ticks and casings are washed and sanitized after each guest visit.
Daily housekeeping and replacement of towels during your stay will be done upon request.
Hot breakfast is served each morning. You have the option of a private reserved table in our elegant dining room or tropical courtyard. You can also have breakfast in your room or on the deck outside your room.
