The Sabal Palm House will be working with Palm Beach Harvest, a non-profit, community-based organization of volunteers who collect and transport surplus food to non-profit distribution centers throughout Palm Beach County. Palm Beach Harvest utilizes volunteers who donate their time to rescue about three million pounds of food every year. Where hungry adults and children find food and shelter, Palm Beach Harvest provides the nutritious hot meals to those who come to their doors.

Relaxation Getaway Special

From June 1 to October 31 stay two nights in select rooms and receive in the privacy of your own room a relaxing one hour Swedish Massage for $70 or a Deep-Tissue Massage $80 from a licensed massage therapist.

The Swedish Massage is a therapeutic massage designed to enhance your circulation, ease sore muscles, relieve tension and increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles.
                           
The Deep-Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles and tendons. This discount from the normal in-room massage rates may be combined with ALL of Sabal Palm House’s discounts including the Food for Room and 1909 specials as well as the AAA member discount.
