Carriage House Guest Rooms:
Concierge service is available to assist guests with any request including reservations for in-room massage, restaurants, comedy clubs, cultural events, area tours, golf, fishing/boating, tennis or sporting events. We also provide free beach towels and chairs for use on our beautiful beaches located just a half mile away. Colleen and John and the Sabal Palm House staff ensure our guests receive first class standards of comfort and relaxation that make our home your home away from home.

- Credit Card confirmation will hold your
reservation. We are a small inn and consequently
cancellations affect us significantly. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your arrival will be charged a $30 cancel fee. Cancellations made in the 14 days prior to your arrival (30 days during high season, holidays and special events)will result in a charge to you of one-night stay or 50% of your total stay, whichever is greater. Should it be necessary for you to
depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the
full amount of the intended stay unless we are able to book all nights. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance, which if purchased in advance will cover accommodation losses and travel expenses due to weather including hurricanes. Please click here for Travel Guard Insurance.

Early arrivals and late departures: If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Sabal Palm House Bed and Breakfast. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and you may relax in our parlor and enjoy complimentary beverages.
- Free and safe street parking is available in front of and across the street from the B&B. You may park anywhere in front of B&B at a 45 degree angle to curb. You may block the driveway, but please do not pull into driveway.
